Join us and Bad Heart Burlesque for Sacred & Sensual, a free burlesque class celebrating sex positivity, self-expression, and body confidence. Created by and for women and nonbinary folks, this immersive evening blends movement, conversation, and community in a welcoming and affirming space.

Participants will explore the art of burlesque as a form of empowerment and self-discovery, with opportunities to learn basic movement, connect with others, and embrace sensuality without shame. The event will also feature a Pleasure-Enhancing Device Giveaway and a Dancing Heels Raffle.

For those who can't attend in person, residents of the Capital Region can sign up to receive a self-care or pleasure product to pick up at In Our Own Voices (IOOV).
