I Nourish Them, They Heal Me: Healing Workshop for Survivors
A plant healing and herbalism based gathering for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC survivors of violence. I Nourish Them, They Heal Me is a healing experience that invites participants into a sacred space where plants become teachers, witnesses, and partners in restoration. This workshop reframes intimacy as a slow, reciprocal relationship rooted in presence rather than productivity. Through guided plant care, herbal wisdom, storytelling, grounding practices, and gentle reflection, we will explore how tending to living beings can support our own healing journeys. This event centers survivors of violence, and we will have staff on site to assist should any triggers arise.
