Healing through the Holidays: A Touch of Mosaic Healing (Session II)

This is a continuation of our mosaic project hosted in October as to create additional mosaic tiles and begin the glazing process *
Creating with one’s own hands is a healing outlet that allows folks to create pieces that reflect exactly who they are. Creating art is a hands-on project, and it is, without a doubt, a hands-on healing outlet. In collaboration with Albany Art Room, join us in a mosaic project where you can create your own individual tile that will be glazed with other tiles that your fellow community members create so that In Our Own Voices can showcase a collage of your work right on Lark Street!
There will be alternative activities for folks who are sensitive to touching certain materials, such as clay. Snacks and light refreshments will also be provided.
