We are thrilled to introduce our latest offering: Notary Services. Our certified notary is located on-site at 245 Lark Street in Albany, NY and can help you ensure the authenticity and legality of your documents. Keep reading to learn more about getting your documents notarized with us.

How it works:

• Services are available on Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm by appointment only.
• To set up your appointment, call (518) 432-4188.
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for document review before notarizing. (May take longer based on the number of pages and type of document(s)).
• Documents three (3) pages or less may be executed same day.
• Valid government-issued ID required: Passport/Photo ID (Driver’s license or non-driver’s license) accepted ONLY.
• Service can be denied based on lack of valid documenation, refusal to submit required documentation, or if the document(s) are a potential liability to the organization.
• Notary must review the entire document prior to notarizing it. All submissions will remain confidential.
• When scheduling your appointment, state the type of document you are requesting to have notarized.

**Notary services outside of this timeline may be considered in case of emergency.
