Healthy on a Budget

- During the week before Thanksgiving, as to provide participants with healthy food options as the holiday season approaches
- Time: Capital Roots’ Veggie Mobile stops in front of Café Euphoria in Troy, New York on Tuesdays at 12PM for about an hour. As to engage with community much more during this time, we are seeking to collaborate on an event that coincides with their veggie mobile. Their mobile markets director will provide concrete information pertaining to this piece today, but we are seeking to host an afternoon event that provides the community with affordable food options at the veggie mobile, with additional information inside the café.
- An additional note: Café Euphoria meets community where they are in terms of providing items on their menu on a sliding scale. Items are charged based on the amount that each customer can afford.
