In Our Own Voices, Inc. (IOOV) offers a variety of programs designed to promote the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ BIPOC throughout the Capital Region.

- Advocacy: These services include legal support, housing assistance, and help navigating healthcare and social systems to address unique challenges
- Counseling & Emotional Support: Trauma-informed and culturally competent counseling is available to support the emotional well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals
- Emergency Assistance: (i.e. Food Pantry, Emergency Financial Assistance)
- Social Support Groups: Safe, affirming spaces for Women who have Sex with Women (WSW), Young Men who have Sex with Men (YMSM), Transgender, Gender-Non Conforming and Non-Binary Individuals (Transcare), and LGBTQ+ individuals 50 years old and over (Life After 50)
- Linkages and Referrals: To essential resources such as housing, healthcare, and legal services
- HIV & Hep C Testing/Screening: Free and confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing services
- Community Events: We organize cultural, social, and educational events to celebrate and uplift our community
